Rock band Motley Crue are on their final tour, and for the final stop outside the US, they’ve chosen the UAE.
The Girls, Girls, Girls stars will perform at Abu Dhabi’s du Arena as the last international date on their Final Tour on Friday November 20, marking the first and last time Mötley Crüe will ever play in the Middle East.
The band, formed in 1981, features Nikki Sixx and his flame-throwing bass, Tommy Lee and his “Crüecifly” drum coaster, lead vocalist Vince Neil and lead guitarist Mick Mars. Incredibly for one of the hardest rocking bands out there, all original members are still in the band.
The biggest fans can head to the “Crüesnest”, up close and personal with the band during the grand finale of the show.
“We’re excited to add Abu Dhabi to The Final Tour schedule and finally get to perform in the Middle East. It will be a once in a lifetime opportunity for us and a special way to say goodbye to the greatest fans in rock n roll,” said Sixx in a statement.
Their final concert date ever — as Mötley Crüe signed a Cessation Of Touring Agreement in 2014 — will take place in Los Angeles on December 31.
