NCR offers car rentals by the hour

Dubai: National Car Rental (NCR) has expanded its product portfolio to include vehicle use for shorter durations instead of the market standard of a minimum 24-hour hire period.
The "Day Use Rate" scheme allows customers to use their vehicle of choice from one to 10 hours.
"We have always been innovative in providing products and services that are responsive to customer demands. With the Day Use Rate, customers who require a rental vehicle for shorter durations of time will be able to pick any car at reasonable prices from any of our 16 branches across the UAE," said Sumit Chopra, general manager of NCR.
NCR to provide customers with a wider choice of convenient services in the near future. NCR's UAE fleet strength currently stands at more than 4,000 vehicles and it plans to open many more outlets at strategic locations in Dubai, as well as in other emirates across the country by 2009.
The company, part of Al Tayer Motors LLC, has recently opened branches in Al Manazel building on Mina Road, Grosvenor House in Dubai Marina, Crystal Plaza in Sharjah, Ghaya Residence on Shaikh Zayed Road, and at Donya Entertainment Complex in the Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority.
