- 600g : white chocolate buttons
- 600ml : double cream
- 1kg : frozen berries, such as strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, redcurrants and blackcurrants
Cooking time: 30 mins
(serves 6-8)
Ingredients
Preparation
1. Place chocolate buttons and cream in a bowl over a pan of simmering water for 20-30 minutes, stirring every so often. When the sauce is hot, it is ready to go.
2. Five minutes before serving, put berries on to dessert plates and leave at room temperature to lose a little of their chill.
3. Transfer chocolate sauce into a serving jug. Serve berries then pour hot sauce at the table, covering berries generously for the best result.
