1. Mix together all ingredients for koftas, except olive oil. Season, then divide into ten portions.
2. Shape each portion around a wooden kebab skewer into a 5cm sausage. Press meat mixture together tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Heat olive oil in a medium-sized frying pan then fry kebabs for 3-5 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked.
4. Mix all the yogurt ingredients together and season. Serve with kebabs.
