This is my mother’s recipe and she is an excellent cook. The recipe has been in the family for a while. Now that I am living away from home, I miss such homemade delicacies and so I try them out myself. My mother is just a phone call away and so if I have any doubts, I just call her. I make the dish at least once a month.

½ inch of fresh ginger
5 cloves garlic
4 green chillies

½ tspn coriander powder
½ tspn cumin powder
