Sweet surprise

Millennium & Copthorne has launched in all its properties across the Middle East a menu specially developed for diabetics in collaboration with Mafraq Hospital, Abu Dhabi. The new menu offers dishes, including chocolate mousse and American-style cheesecake, that are nutritionally balanced and help control blood glucose levels, blood fats and blood pressure.

The dishes will initially be only for room and buffet services before being added to the à la carte menu in all of the group's restaurants.

Dig into grilled delights

Barrio Fiesta is offering Inihaw (grilled in open fire) favourites such as Inihaw na Tadyang ng Baka (grilled beef ribs), Inihaw na Hipon (grilled prawns), Inihaw na Pusit (grilled squid), Inihaw na Tilapia (grilled tilapia), Inihaw na Manok (grilled chicken), and Inihaw na Talong at Okra (grilled eggplant and okra) throughout the summer. Dine at Zuma

During Ramadan, Zuma in Dubai International Financial Centre, will continue its lunch and dinner based around the traditional "izakaya" concept. This will include the Ebisu lunch menu comprising a choice of two or four courses (Dh62 and Dh120 respectively with Dh28 for an à la carte dessert), and the à la carte dinner menu, with dishes from both the sushi counter and robata grill. ZUMA's Friday brunch (Dh315, including non-alcoholic beverages, cleansers and boosters) will also continue.

Mouth-watering options at Indego by Vineet

Indego by Vineet at Grosvenor House Dubai has launched a new summer menu including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. For starters, choose from carom seed-flavoured tandoori prawn and green herb chicken "tikka", the home-spiced tandoori salmon with peas and potato samosa or the lentil soup and potato tikki. For mains, on offer are vegetable kofta accompanied by green pea and cumin rice, chicken "tikka'" simmered in a buttery tomato sauce, served with saffron pulao. And for dessert, pick from a marbled chocolate samosa with rose petal and vanilla bean smoothie or the coconut and chocolate "kulfi" with fresh berry coulis.
