A Dubai-based Indian national, Santheesh Kumar, became the latest dollar millionaire in the Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire Draw.

Kumar’s ticket no 0802 in Series 264 was drawn on Tuesday morning in Concourse A by Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships defending champion and World No 3 Elina Svitolina.

Kumar, who is unavailable for comment, is the 125th Indian national to win $1 million (Dh3.67 million) since its inception in 1999.

Two more Indian expats from Kerala will each get to drive home luxury vehicles after their tickets were drawn in the Dubai Duty Free Finest Surprise Promotion.
