‘Veep’ star Julia Louis-Dreyfus is kicking butt and taking names. Specifically, cancer’s butt.
Louis-Dreyfus took to social media on Wednesday to share a stunning selfie, coupled with a few choice words for cancer.
“Hoorah! Great doctors, great results, feeling happy and ready to rock after surgery,” Louis-Dreyfus wrote on Instagram. “Hey cancer, ‘ ... you!’ Here’s my first post-op photo.”
The actress first revealed her breast cancer diagnosis on September 28 and has documented her treatment sporadically on Instagram and Twitter.
Last month, ‘Veep’ actor Matt Walsh told Entertainment Weekly that filming of the seventh and final season of the series will begin, with Louis-Dreyfus, in August.
