The seventh edition of the Jaipur International Film Festival (Jiff) will begin on February 1.

The five-day festival will showcase 150 films in the competition categories.

It will also hold 13 workshops and seminars, four special sessions and master classes related to films, animation, documentaries, and direction, Honu Roj, its founder and director said at a press conference on Sunday.

The coveted Lifetime Achievement Award will be given to the legendary actor Dilip Kumar, Roj added.

Overall 1,807 entries for short films have been received by Jiff from filmmakers in Iran, USA, England, Russia, Spain, Nepal, Bhutan, Croatia, South Africa, Bahrain, Puerto Rico, Switzerland and India.
