Dubai: In his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, has issued Decree No (5) of 2015 forming the Board of Directors of Dubai International Humanitarian City Authority.
The decree names Princess Haya Bint Al Hussain, wife of Shaikh Mohammad, as the chairperson of the board.
The decree also names Ebrahim Mohammad Bu Melha as Deputy Chairman and appoints eight board members: Abdullah Ahmad Al Habbai, Abdullah Abdul Rahman Al Shaibani, Major General Mohammad Ahmad Al Merri, Helal Saeed Al Merri, Hashim Abdullah Al Qasim, Saeed Mohammad Hareb, Dr. Mohammad Ateeq Al Falahi and Hamad Saeed Al Shamsi. Pursuant to the decree, the Board of Directors shall be valid for three renewable years.
The decree is effective as of December 19, 2014 and shall be published in the official gazette.
