Dubai: It's time to bid farewell to yet another fun-filled themed week of DSS as Arts Surprises Week draws to a close.

The wide range of activities held throughout the week made it truly memorable for all those who had a chance to attend the events, say organisers Dubai Naturalisation and Residency Department (DNRD).

DNRD says families had a superb time watching a variety of shows especially children who loved the competitions and workshops.

Sabira Sohail from Pakistan, a resident of Sharjah who came to Dubai with her children and some friends, said that the Arts Surprises week offered a lot of activities in different malls.

"It's a wonderful concept to keep the children engaged during vacation. Children love to paint and colour and during this week they had ample opportunities to show their creative side," she said.

Sabira added that the whole family intend to come to Dubai more often in the coming weeks as such activities provide all-round entertainment for the children.

Manu Sharma and his wife Inder were highly impressed by the Kung Fu performance.

"I was amazed to see their flexibility and skill. I think the show was simply superb," he said.
