I wanted to stick to window shopping these past 32 days of sale madness. It just made me froth in the mouth.
Since some of you have been asking me incessantly if I've bought anything for myself, well, here they are: The deals that I just couldn't resist.
Picture 1: American Eagle Outfitters really know how to put on an amazing sale. I bought a cap, a couple of polo shirts and some pants. The deal on this pair of jeans was the sweetest of them all: Dh45 (the original price was Dh200).
Picture 2: You could say I unleashed the Superman fan in me by buying four of these slap-on wrist watches for Dh20 each at Virgin (they were Dh109). I also snapped up the last Taz piece for Dh20 (it was Dh135). Don't mind me gloating.
Picture 3: I was so intrigued by this giant fashion watch from Aeropostale (Dh50 after a 50 per cent discount) that I brought one. I'm a few months away from going on vacation and I still can't decide who I'd give it to. Tick tock tick tock.
The mother of all bargains
Picture 4: I can't begin to tell you what it feels to find the mother of all bargains. I found this last piece beige shorts at Nautica. It's the perfect size for my favourite aunt, who loves to wear shorts all the time. The price is even perfect. From Dh269, it's been slashed down to Dh29! Now, how do I hide this blog entry from my aunt...

That's it for now, folks. It's been fun shopping (and window shopping) with you. See you next DSF!
