IF IT’S YOUR BIRTHDAY TODAY

For most Sagittarians, the word ‘discipline’ has little appeal. It may even worry you, reminding you of unpleasant situations in the past. Now, with Saturn, the planet of focus, order, achievement and, yes, discipline in Sagittarius, you’re developing a new relationship with these characteristics. In some cases, you haven’t previously noticed. But, in others, you’ll have struggled with certain challenges and, as you’ve persisted, you’ve not only learnt a lot, you’ve begun to understand why discipline is actually worthwhile.

Aries (March 20 – April 18)

Even the most soft-spoken of Aries, and there are many, still tend to think that sometimes it takes a good argument to clear the air. The only problem is, not everybody feels that way, which means certain individuals could take what’s said far more seriously than you intended. If so, apologise.

Taurus (April 19 – May 19)

It’s been a long haul. While you’ve known exactly how plans should be organised, certain individuals who are as stubborn as they are unimaginative, refused to agree. Now that both your ruler Venus and the energetic Mars are accenting several crucial matters, you should have no problem winning them over.

Gemini (May 20 – June 19)

Although the current Full Moon influences everybody, because it’s in Gemini, certain unsettled situations are likely to reach a turning point. While in some this will involve no more than rethinking exciting plans, in others you’ll need to discuss any issues or concerns, and frankly. This is no time to hold back.

Cancer (June 20 – July 21)

While certain individuals have a knack for being irritating, their antics rarely make you really angry. Yet now they could do exactly that and, worse, lead to you saying things you’d later regret. Knowing that, when you feel yourself getting cross, back off, do it immediately and without saying another word.

Leo (July 22 – August 21)

For ages there’s been talk of reorganising elements of your work or lifestyle. However, such changes wouldn’t just be disruptive, you regard them as completely unnecessary. Still, you may have no choice. Bizarrely, once you’re in the middle of making those changes, you’ll realise that, actually, they’re very timely indeed.

Virgo (August 22 – September 21)

Being a logical earth sign and born under the rulership of Mercury, you’re superb at figuring out even complex problems. Yet because the issues raised by the current Full Moon are more emotional than rational, analysis could actually confuse things. Your deepest feelings and your instincts will prove far more reliable.

Libra (September 22 – October 21)

There’s a fine line between a genuine misunderstanding and those that are employed for reasons of tact. As a Libra, you’ve turned the latter into a fine art. Yet certain events are forcing you to do the reverse, that is, you’ve no choice but to be frank, if not just plain blunt.

Scorpio (October 22 – November 20)

Not only has the communication planet Mercury joined your ruler Pluto in the part of your chart that’s all about talking things over, on the 19th it goes retrograde. While discussion is essential and will ultimately prove worthwhile, you may not learn the facts you’re seeking for some weeks yet.

Sagittarius (November 21 – December 20)

While you’ve absolutely no objection to last minute changes in plan or, in fact, unexpected events, being forced to stick with activities that are as dull as they are repetitive is another matter. Yet there’s one particular arrangement you’ve struggled to break away from, but unsuccessfully. Don’t give up. You’re nearly there.

Capricorn (December 21 – January 19)

Every sign is influenced by the emotionally intense Full Moon. It’s just that, because this one accents both your work and ongoing, if occasionally dull, obligations you could begin to feel exasperated with these. While you probably can’t escape them, the odds are good they can be reorganised to suit you.

Aquarius (January 20 – February 18)

If ever there was a time to plunge into ideas or offers and ask questions later, it’s now. True, for you as a clever and inquisitive air sign, this runs counter to your nature. But with things moving so swiftly, you’ll learn far more from experience than conjecture or discussion.

Pisces (February 19 – March 19)

Yet again you’re in a situation in which others seem convinced you have the power to deal with, if not end, their ongoing problems. While you know this is by no means your responsibility, you still feel guilty. This isn’t unusual for you, as a Pisces. But, also, it achieves nothing.
