One of our favourite top seafood restaurant in Dubai, the award winning Pierchic has introduced decadent new menu Items. Crafted by Head Chef Paul Lupton, the multi-award winning Mediterranean-inspired restaurant has compiled a selection of its favourite dishes to remain available on the menu, including the famed Pierchic Pearl dessert, in addition to showcasing an array of exquisite new creations. Some of the dishes include the Glacier 51, a honey-glazed Chilean Seabass cooked at exactly 52 degrees Celsius to deliver a juicy, melt-in-your-mouth meat, boasting a unique and buttery taste. A rare non-seafood dish that Pierchic welcomes to the menu is the Roasted Wagyu Beef Tenderloin, a grade seven to grade nine cut of perfectly marbled Australian Wagyu Beef, slow roasted to medium. For those with a sweet tooth, Chef Paul has created the beautiful Citrus Bretton Biscuit. A wonderfully sweet, torte dessert, packed with flavor, the baked butter flour and almond powder biscuit, Sable Bretton, is topped with Amalfi Lemon, Yuzu and Bergamot curds and piped with White Chocolate and Bergamot Ganache
