DUBAI: Real estate developer Dubai Properties has announced the completion of a number of key construction milestones in its Manazel AlKhor development. The developer has been working closely with its consultants WSP and engineering contractors, Sun Engineering, to complete the majority of the substructure phase, making sure the building meets the standards required by all relevant authorities.
The construction of the superstructure will be progressing once the remainder of the excavation of the site is wrapped up. Some of the next steps will include the laying of the first block.
