Dubai: Deyaar Development has launched a three-tower project called Montrose, according to a statement on Sunday.

The project comprises of a hotel apartment and two residential towers. It will be located in DuBiotech, a life sciences cluster under Tecom Investments, at the extension of Umm Suqeim towards Mohammad Bin Zayed Road.

“This project will help Deyaar meet the growing demand for exclusive, gated community projects in Dubai,” stated Saeed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar.

The towers include three basement levels and 19 stories. The two residential towers feature 68 one-bedroom and two-bedroom, five three-bedroom and two four-bedroom apartments. Meanwhile, the hotel apartment tower will include 88 studios, 68 one-bedroom and 24 two-bedroom units.

Some of the amenities that will be featured include a landscaped garden, an outdoor sitting area, a kids play area, a gymnasium and swimming pools.

Residential units at Montrose will go on sale on September 6 at Deyaar’s sales and service centre in the Burlington Tower, Business Bay.
