Actress Shilpa Shetty says she has finished writing her book, and that it will release soon.
“Amongst all the things that I multi-task with, I’ve already finished and completed my book on nutrition and it should be releasing very soon in November,” Shetty said in Mumbai on Wednesday.
She says she will make a separate announcement about the book, but shared a bit about it.
“It’s a book on how you can stay fit. I’m not going to divulge the name, because that would be unfair. It is for all who are interested in living a more healthy life and I can assure you that you won’t be let down,” Shetty said.
She has earlier released a DVD about yoga.
Shetty hasn’t acted in a while but she’s not in a hurry to return to the big screen.
“Regarding acting, I’m not doing it because I would be driven mad. Now that Viaan [her son] has turned three, he demands a bit less time from me. He’s in school from 9am to 3pm, so I have half the day [to myself],” she said.
Over the years, Shetty has become a multi-tasker, managing her entrepreneurial ventures, acting, production and motherhood.
Asked how she juggles all of this, she said: “We women are born multi-taskers. I think it’s just in-built in us and we’re conditioned to be that way. So I take it as a huge compliment that people think I multi-task, which I actually do. It’s hard, but I love it.
“I love being a woman and doing everything that I’m doing.”
