Dubai: Get ready for a mixed bag of weather across the emirates this weekend, say weather officials.
The weekend weather over the country is expected to be partly cloudy and dusty at times with chances of a drizzle in scattered areas.
The amount of clouds covering parts of the country will increase over some coastal areas, bringing a chance of drizzle.
Northwesterly wind will blow moderate to fresh, and strong at times, causing dusty and hazy conditions in the inland parts of Abu Dhabi, with wind speeds of between 32km/h and 36km/h on Friday and Saturday.
On Saturday, relative humidity will increase at night and early morning of between 90 and 100 per cent in Abu Dhabi and 55 and 65 per cent in Dubai and northern emirates. Chances of fog are seen especially in the western part of the country.
Residents are warned from heading to sea that will be rough to very rough in the Arabian Gulf, and moderate to rough over Oman Sea this weekend.
