Tamani to manage $2.1b assets
Tamani Hotels and Resorts, the hospitality arm of KM Holding, on Monday announced the management of $2.1 billion assets portfolio.
Dubai: Tamani Hotels and Resorts, the hospitality arm of KM Holding, on Monday announced the management of $2.1 billion assets portfolio.
Most of the portfolio is owned by KM Properties and other private investors. The management of the development of this portfolio was led by KM Properties, a member of KM Holding.
The assets include Islamic hotels, offices, residential and retail areas.
Tamani, recognised by the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) as the first UAE-branded Islamic hotel operator, represents a new generation of hotel operators specialised in offering Arabic hospitality and Islamic values.
"Tamani Hotels and Resorts concept is not only about having our guests stay in iconic properties or only about adding approximately 1,800 unique rooms to the existing Dubai hotel hospitality market inventory.; it is about creating a memorable experience relating to how guests feel during their stay," said Khulood Al Rostamani, chairperson of Tamani Hotels and Resorts and executive director and co-founder of KM Holding.
