Dubai: The Al Tayer Group has opened a new Cosi restaurant in Dubai on Umm Al Sheif Street, Umm Suqeim.
This is the third Cosi restaurant in the Middle East, opened by exclusive franchisee the Al Tayer Group. The 2,367 square-foot, 72-seat restaurant in is part of a continued regional expansion by the Al Tayer Group, which includes existing Cosi locations in Garhoud Views in Dubai and Al Wahda Mall in Abu Dhabi.
The store was opened to meet the growing demand for an upscale, convenient place to dine.
Cosi is an American premium convenience restaurant chain known for its crackly crust artisan flatbread baked in open-flame hearth ovens.
This provides the foundation for an all-day menu of specialty and made-to-order hearth-baked sandwiches, freshly tossed salads, flatbread pizzas and other everyday-gourmet favourites.
Known for its unique blending of Parisian, Italian and classically New York influences, Cosi specialises in innovative food fused with globally inspired flavours.
Cosi is based on the concept of offering customers an all-day, innovative menu with new seasonal introductions made of fresh food.
