etisalat to slash rates from January

Dubai: etisalat announced reduced international call rates for business customers from January 1, a company statement said.
The new off-peak rates will be 35 per cent lower while fixed line rental charges will also be adjusted.
"In light of the current market environment we have reviewed our services and rates to ensure that the true cost of the service is more accurately reflected in the charges," Ahmad Abdul Karim Julfar, Etisalat COO said in the statement.
etisalat will also revise its monthly line rental fees for business direct exchange lines to Dh50.
