The etisalat Academy has announced that it will organise the first International Talent Conference in Abu Dhabi's Emirates Palace Hotel on November 5 and 6.
Dubai: The etisalat Academy has announced that it will organise the first International Talent Conference in Abu Dhabi's Emirates Palace Hotel on November 5 and 6.
The conference themed 'New methods to source develop and retain talent', is sponsored by etisalat and the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
A number of companies from the UK, US and Australia will be participating in the event.
Sultan Bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Minister of Economy, will give the keynote speech at the conference, in which he will highlight the importance of executive talent as the backbone of corporate excellence.
The conference will host Larry Hochman, international consultant, European Union, who will speak about the most important strategies and talent management tools and their role in developing potential human resources.
He will also explain how to maintain excellence and suitable working environments to help develop talent and prepare future leaders.
"The First International Executive Talent Conference will discuss methods of developing and retaining talent in both the public and private sector," said Mariam Mohammad, manager, eCompetency Centre.
etisalat Academy recently hosted 'The Second Seminar in the Quest for Excellence' which was attended by senior executives from the federal government, ministries and public sector companies.
The event raised many points that will be discussed intensively in the upcoming conference.
