Dubai: Every new supermarket that goes up in the GCC is putting a smile on the face of officials at Symbol Technologies ME.
Symbol produces scanners used on the checkout counter and on the production line, helping companies manage their inventory.
The company claims it has received strong interest from officials at MK Group in its new WT4000 wearable mobile computer and scanner, designed for warehouse and distribution customers that require hands free operation.
"The Middle East is definitely an area of strong growth for us, especially Saudi Arabia and the UAE," said Tarek Hassaniyeh, sales manager for the MEA.
