HP launches 20-inch laptop in Middle East
One of the largest notebooks at 20.1 inches was launched yesterday by Hewlett-Packard (HP), as a combination of a home theatre system, a high performance desktop PC and a laptop.
Dubai: One of the largest notebooks at 20.1 inches was launched yesterday by Hewlett-Packard (HP), as a combination of a home theatre system, a high performance desktop PC and a laptop.
Retailed at Dh9, 999, the notebook features a built-in TV tuner and a high definition monitor. "This product is designed for in the Middle East where people spend a lot of time at home, entertaining themselves," Elena Danici, category manager for consumer products at HP Middle East, told Gulf News.
The notebook, entitled Dragon, has an oriental imprint finish on the surface and comes with an in-built adjustable webcam. It also features HP Triple Bass Reflex Subwoofer, hi-fidelity audio, by four Altec Lansing speakers, ATI Mobility Radeon graphics processor.
"The Dragon offers consumers a complete package for premium home theatre and high performance computing, wrapped up in a sleek and stylish design," Danici said.
