The tablet, which runs on an Android 4.0 system, is slim and fits in your hand easily. It’s got at an eight-inch (20cm) HD screen, 1.5 gigahertz and 16GB memory with wi-fi and an internet USB connection.
So what’s in it for the ladies? In-built apps that cater to what the designers imagine are a woman’s ultimate pursuits: cooking, pregnancy, style and exercising.
The Sweet n’ Spicy app provides ideas for recipes, Daily Yoga shows you exercise moves, Clothing Size converts your dress size in different countries’ measurements, Female Hair depressingly discusses hair loss, Happy Pregnancy gives you a calendar and an idea of what to expect and Our Groceries makes your shopping list.
“It comes in pink because it’s for women,” said Ali Saif Eddin, a salesman. “It’s quite fast selling because it’s unique. Women come in groups and buy two or three pieces and advise their friends to come.”
