Dubai: The UAE’s Ministry of Economy and the Mohammad Bin Rashid Establishment for Small and Medium Enterprises Development (Dubai SME) have signed a cooperation agreement to boost the competitiveness of the country’s entrepreneurship sector.

The agreement also includes training for Emirati entrepreneurs to improve their capacities, according to a statement issued on Tuesday.

The deal is part of efforts by the Ministry of Economy and the Council of Small and Medium Enterprises and Projects to develop the local entrepreneurship environment in line with the UAE Vision 2021.
