Dubai: Ras Al Khaimah’s Tourism Development Authority (Raktda) is expecting to see strong European visitor numbers in the emirate after a 10-day road show across nine cities in the UK and continental Europe.
In a statement, the authority said its sales push started in London, where it hosted senior representatives from Britain’s travel and media, in a bid to showcase Ras Al Khaimah’s destination appeal to British travellers.
The authority then met with representatives from key domestic stakeholders to roll out its sales message across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
