Online stores are bigger than you think
Macy’s Inc, the US retailer, recently purchased a warehouse nearly 4,000 meters long to deal with its online sales. Take a look behind the scenes of the $150 million building. This building is the third dedicated to macys.com, and the retailer predicts its online sales will grow 45 per cent to reach $327 billion by 2016.
