Lulu group entity to manage Ruwais Mall

Abu Dhabi:

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company has confirmed the Lulu Group entity, Line Investment and Property Co, to manage its Ruwais Shopping Mall in Gharbia. The property will serve residents of the Ruwais Residential Complex operated by Adnoc, and population in the Ruwais area where the number of inhabitants is expected to reach 20,000 by 2015.

The mall covers 31,254 square meters and has 32 shops. “Due to its distinct location, the Mall serves the RRC population, residents of Ruwais and also commuters using the freeway that connects the UAE with Saudi Arabia and Qatar, in addition, to the Nuclear Plant in Al Baraka and its surrounding areas,” said
