Dubai: The Tiger Woods Dubai, a member of Tatweer, on Saturday announced it is offering potential buyers an opportunity to submit bids on five premium plots in the development.
The exclusive plots include two luxury villa plots, each spanning 30,140 square feet with lake views. In addition, there are two mansion plots spreading over 50,323 sq. ft. each, and a palace land sprawling over 100,645 sq. ft, all offering lake and golf course views. The deadline for bid submission is August 12, 2008.
"Based on our phenomenal sales record and early success stories, we are offering this closed bid as a rare opportunity to own premium plots on The Tiger Woods Dubai," said Abdullah Al Gurg, project director, The Tiger Woods Dubai, said.
Tatweer recently announced a partnership with Lebanese designer Elie Saab for crafting the interiors of The Hotel at The Tiger Woods Dubai, an exclusive Dh600-million signature hotel within the development.
The 360,000 sq. ft luxury boutique facility will include 89 suites and 14 bungalows in sizes varying from 1,600-9,500 sq. ft.
Scheduled for completion in 2009, The Tiger Woods Dubai is fast taking shape as an exclusive golf community encompassing a golf academy, a 139,000 sq. ft clubhouse and a high-end spa.
