Bahrain-based Nomas revealed a $800 million real estate project over more than 35,000 square metres.
Manama: Bahrain-based Nomas on Tuesday revealed a $800 million real estate project over more than 35,000 square metres. The 60-floor mixed-use and residential towers will have a slim elliptical form, allowing all apartments to have sea views.
With an under process capital increase to approximately 200 million dinars, Nomas expects the project to be completed by 2010 and to offer job opportunities in the hospitality and retail sector.
Noma chairman Shaikh Rashid Bin Abdullah Bin Hamad Al Khalifa said the property would be the first of many projects that Nomas would be undertaking.
"The Arabic word Nomas means top distinction and that is the quality of work and life that we want the people of the Kingdom to experience."
