Dubai: Nakheel, a Dubai World company, has announced the launch of Veneto - an exclusive residential district in Waterfront.
The first community to be launched in the world's largest coastal development, Veneto is set to become one of the most prestigious addresses in Dubai, the company said in a statement yesterday.
Veneto is located off Shaikh Zayed Road with each home no further than two kilometres from the coastline. With a limited number of elegant villas and low-rise townhouses, Veneto has been masterplanned to create an exclusive waterside neighbourhood on the fringe of Waterfront City, the urban heart of the metropolis.
The modern villas and townhouses will be provided an array of amenities such as mosques, community centres, nurseries, schools, community pools and health care facilities.
Veneto will offer views of landscaped parks and waterways; residents will be able to enjoy tree-lined pedestrian walkways, waterfront boardwalks and active marinas, with 92 canal properties offering their own private berths.
