Land transactions in Dubai reach Dh330.11 million
The total value of land transactions in Dubai on Sunday peaked at Dh330.11 million, of which sales exceeded Dh171.19 million.
Dubai: The total value of land transactions in Dubai on Sunday peaked at Dh330.11 million, of which sales exceeded Dh171.19 million.
The Land Department also recorded Dh158.91 million in mortgages and 17 sale transactions.
The biggest deal for the day involved a plot in Al Barsha First that was sold for Dh27.8 million.
This was followed by the sale of a plot on the Palm Jumeirah, which was acquired for Dh10 million. Another lot on Emirates Hills First was purchased for Dh9.75 million.
The Jabal Ali area registered the most number of sales and highest turnover value at Dh36.44 million.
The Al Barsha First area had a turnover value of Dh27.82 million and Palm Jumeirah area, Dh18.5 million.
In terms of plot size, the biggest area sold was the 30,041.53 square-foot lot in the Jabal Ali area, which was sold for Dh7.03 million.
A 29,165.35-square-foot plot in the Jabal Ali Area was acquired for Dh8.93 million, while another 28,291.32 square-foot plot in Jabal Ali was disposed of for Dh6.62 million.
