KM Properties, the real estate development arm of KM Holding, has added another property to its development portfolio.
Dubai: KM Properties, the real estate development arm of KM Holding, has added another property to its development portfolio.
Tamani Arts Royal Suites, the suite apartments managed by Tamani Hotels and Resorts, was unveiled on Tuesday. All 104 units of Tamani Arts Royal Suites were sold out.
"Our investor's decision to invest or reside in these suites is a decision am sure they will always cherish. The atmosphere was exciting as majority bought multiple units and full floors," said Sanjeet Joher, group chief operating officer of KM Holding.
