High Rise unveils Dh3b 10-tower project
Leading real estate developer, High Rise Properties unveiled a Dh3 billion, 10-tower cluster, High Rise Boulevard, at the Jumeirah Village South.
Dubai: Leading real estate developer, High Rise Properties unveiled a Dh3 billion, 10-tower cluster, High Rise Boulevard, at the Jumeirah Village South.
A residential and commercial development, High Rise Boulevard will consist of four commercial high rises including a hotel, hotel apartment and office space buildings as well as six residential towers. "The project will also include ample car parks, retail stores, restaurants, and coffees, bookstores along with a green-lined street with palm trees, flowers, terrace seating and astonishing landscape," Abdul Hakim Al Tayer, chairman of High Rise Properties, said.
"High Rise Boulevard is a community designed to embody a vision of peace, harmony, health and happiness- a community with the highest standards of quality of life created by capturing the best characteristics of Arab and Western cultures," he added.
On his part, engineer Faisal Ali Moosa said, "High Rise Boulevard is one of High Rise's many unique projects. It will be a remarkable landmark in Jumeirah Village South."
