Gulf Holding enters North African market with $800 million mixed-use project
Gulf Holding Company (GHC) signalled its foray into the North African market of Morocco through the acquisition of the 600,000-square metre Royal Resort Cap Malabata project.
Manama: Bahrain: Gulf Holding Company (GHC) signalled its foray into the North African market of Morocco through the acquisition of the 600,000-square metre Royal Resort Cap Malabata project.
GHC will be developing the $800 million mixed-use project Villa Royale, which will comprise of four zones.
Villa Royale is located approximately 20 minutes from central Tangiers, has views of both the Mediterranean coast as well as across the straits of Gibraltar to the Spanish coast.
The project will feature a clinic, a school and an equestrian centre and will have 400 residential units, with options of three and four bedrooms.
