Dubai: R Holdings has announced the end of the selling of the first phase of the Emirates City, a mega project located on the Emirates Road in Ajman.
The project received a good response from investors after its initial announcement due to its offer of strategic location, land plans, designs and services.
Dr Ahmad Samerai, executive board member of the group said: "The goal of this project has been to provide a high level of value and quality to all segments of society.
"The complete selling of the first phase of towers was done in an association between R Holdings, Fortune Group, Giga ETA, Sweet Homes and KM Properties, all of whom have helped us achieve our objectives in maintaining this high level of quality," Samerai said.
"The total number of all towers and buildings in Emirates City is 72 towers, this figure includes 14 towers that consist of 45 floors and the rest are 25 storey buildings," he said.
"We even took into our consideration when designing this metropolitan area the importance of natural water and green landscapes, to provide the residents of Emirates City with as much bliss, rest and entertainment possible," Samerai added.
The Emirates City project is symbolic of the construction boom seen in Ajman and has become an attractive and important area of investment for the emirate.
