ETA Star unveils new residential development
ETA Star Properties launched a Dh2 billion residential tower, Starliving, located at The Waterfront.
Dubai: ETA Star Properties launched a Dh2 billion residential tower, Starliving, located at The Waterfront.
The tower will have 38 floors encompassing about 380 apartments of one to four bedrooms as well as penthouses.
With a built-up area of one million square feet, the development will emphasise healthcare facilities for its residents.
"About 70,000 square feet of space will be dedicated to recreational and healthcare facilities as well as retail," Rayomand Dastour, Chief Operating Officer of ETA Star Property Developers told Gulf News.
"Most properties don't have enough facilities for its tenants. We are trying to bring in everything that people need for convenience and to enhance their lifestyle," Dastour said.
Selling price
The selling price of the tower is Dh2,750 per square foot and the project is expected to be completed in three years from the handover of the land next month.
Located near the trunk of the Palm Jebel Ali, most of the apartments will enjoy a sea view, Dastour said.
The development will offer full-time concierge services, restaurants, boutiques, supermarket, medical centres and business centre.
The first two floors will be used to accommodate the various facilities, which will include a spa and health club.
