Emirate urges registration of property transactions
The chairman of the Umm Al Quwain Department of Planning and Survey, has called upon property developers in the emirate to register their accounts at banks.
Umm Al Quwain: Shaikh Ahmad Bin Khalid Al Mulla, chairman of the Umm Al Quwain Department of Planning and Survey, has called upon property developers in the emirate to register their accounts at banks to facilitate transparent transactions between the real estate companies and the property owners.
In a statement, Al Mulla also asked those people who buy property, to register their contracts at the Department of Planning and Survey in order to authenticate their ownership titles.
