Emaar unveils Warsan Estate

Emaar Properties yesterday said it has expanded its property portfolio in Dubai with the unveiling of Warsan Estate, an exclusive residential community located on Al Awir Road.

Dubai: Emaar Properties yesterday said it has expanded its property portfolio in Dubai with the unveiling of Warsan Estate, an exclusive residential community located on Al Awir Road.

"The masterplan of the project, currently being finalised, envisages over 500 single family townhomes that will appeal to residents who value the privacy of villa living in an immaculately laid out residential community," an Emaar statement said.

Warsan Estate will be a medium-sized master-planned community that offers varied lifestyle options that are standard in Emaar communities.

To be spread over 3.4 million square feet, Warsan Estate is the newest project of Emaar that highlights the company's focus on developing its extensive land bank in Dubai and adding value to customers by offering an elegant neighbourhood perfect for families.

Ahmad Al Matroushi, managing director - UAE, Emaar Properties, said: "Warsan Estate is a reiteration of our commitment to developing world-class master-planned communities in Dubai. With our four successful mega-projects in Dubai - Emirates Living, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Marina and Downtown Burj Dubai - either having been handed over or reaching completion, we are focusing on new developments that build on our core competency of master-planned communities."
