Emaar Properties to develop real estate in Syria
Dubai-based Emaar Properties said on Wednesday it had agreed with Cham Holding Co to start a $100 million firm to develop real estate in Syria.
Dubai: Dubai-based Emaar Properties said on Wednesday it had agreed with Cham Holding Co to start a $100 million firm to develop real estate in Syria.
The firm, equally owned by Emaar and Cham Holding, will build residential and commercial projects in Syria, Emaar said.
