Dubai: Emaar Economic City, the Saudi unit of Dubai's Emaar Properties, will build a 7.5 billion-riyal ($2 billion) real estate project with Capri Capital Partners.
The development in King Abdullah Economic City will include two five-star hotels, office buildings and a shopping center, Emaar Economic City said in a statement on the Saudi bourse.
