Emaar Bawadi unveils new project
Dubai: Emaar Bawadi, the joint venture between Emaar Properties and Bawadi, on Saturday said, it has unveiled Maysan Towers - the first residential tower complex comprising three high-rise apartment towers within the 70 million square feet Asmaran master-planned community in Bawadi.
Potential customers must register interest online at www.emaar.com today between 6am and 6 pm.
Registered customers can purchase homes on a "first registered, first served" basis tomorrow at a sales event to be held at the newly opened Asmaran Sales Centre located on Al Qudra Road.
This will be the first launch to be held at the Asmaran sales centre, which showcases a model two-bedroom apartment, thus offering home-owners a representation of the Maysan residential apartment experience. Several financial institutions will offer home finance options.
"Designed in Mediterranean style, the Maysan community comprises three high-rise residential towers of 30, 26 and 24 storeys.
"Located within the entertainment and hospitality districts of Asmaran, Maysan captures the verve and dynamism of the project with the Bawadi Square, Bawadi Boulevard and a retail and entertainment souk in close proximity," a company statement said.
Easy access
Maysan is also in easy access to a number of hotels, including the world's largest in Bawadi.
"Residents can enjoy a range of podium level amenities including swimming pools, fully equipped gymnasium, children's play area and games room apart from underground parking and retail facilities," it said.
Arif Mubarak, chief executive, Bawadi, said: "Asmaran is a path-breaking development that brings a new lifestyle choice to Bawadi.
"An integrated lifestyle community, Asmaran's new apartment complex will appeal to those who prefer a home in one of the most happening destinations in Dubai, yet removed from the bustle of the city.
"Maysan Towers will offer residents a distinctive experience marked by elegant architecture, a location advantage within Bawadi and easy accessibility from Dubai's main highways."
