Dubai land deals touch Dh1.62b

The total value of land transactions in Dubai reached Dh1.62 billion yesterday, of which sales exceeded Dh1.16 billion. The total value of mortgages was Dh462.40 million.

Dubai: The total value of land transactions in Dubai reached Dh1.62 billion yesterday, of which sales exceeded Dh1.16 billion. The total value of mortgages was Dh462.40 million.

Twenty-eight sale transactions were registered, the most valuable being a plot in Al Hamriya that sold for Dh350 million.
