Dubai land deals reach Dh413 million
The total value of land transactions in Dubai peaked at Dh413.64 million on Tuesday, with sales exceeding Dh206.64 million, the Land Department said.
Dubai: The total value of land transactions in Dubai peaked at Dh413.64 million on Tuesday, with sales exceeding Dh206.64 million, the Land Department said.
The total value of mortgages reached Dh206.99 million.
The most valuable sale involved a plot in Al Manara that was sold for Dh32.5 million.
A plot in Al Qusais Industrial Fifth was acquired for Dh27.568013 million and another in Palm Jumeirah for Dh21 million.
Al Manara recorded the highest turnover by value at Dh32.5 million, followed by the Al Qusais Industrial Fifth area, Dh27.57 million, and Palm Jumeirah area, Dh21 million.
The biggest area sold was the 15,620.01-square-foot plot in Emirates Hills Third that went for Dh8.2 million.
A 15,003-square-foot plot in Al Qusais Industrial Fifth Area was acquired for Dh27.57 million, while another plot measuring 15,000 square feet in Al Barsha Second was disposed of for Dh9.92 million.
