Dh300m Dunes Village unveiled
Al Serkal Properties and Manazel Real Estate yesterday launched Dunes Village, a cluster of 19 mid-rise towers housing 950 apartments, at the Dubai Investment Park.

Dubai: Al Serkal Properties and Manazel Real Estate yesterday launched Dunes Village, a cluster of 19 mid-rise towers housing 950 apartments, at the Dubai Investment Park.
Spread over more than 460,000 square feet, Dunes Village is being developed at a cost of more than Dh300 million.
Dunes Village is located close to Global Village and Dubailand as well as to the rest of Dubai, with access via Shaikh Zayed Road.
Dunes Village is expected to be ready for possession within 24 months.
Developers also appointed The Real Estate Specialists to handle sales at the development, targeted towards corporate buyers.
Unique aspect
The unique aspect of The Dunes is that the developers are targeting corporate buyers instead of individuals and families, encouraging them to offer it to their employees as part of a remuneration package.
Ahmad Al Serkal, chairman of Al Serkal Properties, said apartments at Dunes Village were priced competitively and therefore easily affordable even by small and medium sized companies, and further, that the project offered a range of quick and easy fin-ancing options.
"Buying apartments at Dunes Village will be an easily attainable goal for several companies located either in or around Dubai Investment Park. In turn they can offer it to their employees who can enjoy its thoughtful amenities, high-quality workmanship, and free maintenance."

Mohammad Al Qubaisi, chairman of Manazel Real Estate, said Dunes Village blends modern amenities with traditional values to create a serene atmosphere.
"With a comprehensive range of facilities located close at hand, its desirable location in the area known as New Dubai, and its tranquil surroundings, Dunes Village is a perfect place to live in," he stated.
"The 19 towers comprise 950 spacious studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments that will go on sale soon through our agents, The Real Estate Specialists," he added.
