A memorandum of understanding has been signed for the Dh2 billion construction of phase one of the Saadiyat Beach Residences on Saadiyat Island off Abu Dhabi.
Dubai: A memorandum of understanding has been signed for the Dh2 billion construction of phase one of the Saadiyat Beach Residences on Saadiyat Island off Abu Dhabi.
Abu Dhabi developer Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) signed the agreement with Arabtec Construction LLC.
The project is due for completion in 30 months. Aside from exclusive residences, the Saadiyat project will feature the UAE's only Gary Player signature golf course.
