Setting up of the unified property data across the country, has been discussed recently in Dubai Land Department in order to serve the UAE nationals, investors and property developers, who are looking for information in this respect.
Dubai: Setting up of the unified property data across the country, has been discussed recently in Dubai Land Department in order to serve the UAE nationals, investors and property developers, who are looking for information in this respect.
Juma Bin Humaidan, deputy director-general of Dubai Land Department, said, "The meeting aimed at boosting cooperation and partnership among the land departments and municipalities nationwide to unify data on lands, property, laws and bylaws."
The data will include information on properties, lands and laws enforced in each emirate. The meeting was attended by competent authorities from all lands departments and municipalities nationwide.
It discussed building of institutional relations based on transparency with partners, unification of regulations and systems applied in each department. The meeting also explored collection of data and research about lands in each emirate to establish an integrated database nationwide.
