Arabtec to build 550 villas at Warsan Development
Arabtec Construction LLC received a letter of acceptance amounting to Dh599 million from Emaar to design and construct 550 villas at Warsan Development in Dubai. The construction period is 30 months and with the villas to be delivered in phases.

Dubai: Arabtec Construction LLC received a letter of acceptance amounting to Dh599 million from Emaar to design and construct 550 villas in Dubai's Warsan Development.
The construction period is 30 months and the villas are to be delivered in phases.
Riad Kamal, CEO of Arabtec Holding PJSC, said, "Arabtec utilises a unique engineering vision in constructing high-quality residential complexes within a complete geometric frame."
Kamal said the project will be completed on schedule, adding that Arabtec "has extensive experience in constructing high quality villas, and completing projects on schedule."
He said, "The company's track record is supported by the company's swift and efficient deliveries, which is witnessed by many real estate developers."
