Al Madar to develop three new projects
Qatar-based real estate developer Al Madar said it has received approval for developing three new projects in Dubailand, a huge desert area being developed as a tourism zone.
Dubai: Qatar-based real estate developer Al Madar said it has received approval for developing three new projects in Dubailand, a huge desert area being developed as a tourism zone.
The company, which is currently building a Dh240 million tower in Business Bay, said it has launched a new tower project in Dubailand with an estimated development cost of Dh335 million.
"This is our second tower in Dubai and we have approval for two more projects," said Keith David Pepperdine, director of sales.
Al Madar has received the go-ahead for another Dh100 million building within the Arjan development and for one commercial tower in Dubailand.
It plans to announce the details of the projects within six weeks.
